General duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Lead brand-building initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service development and graphic designers, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage SEO/SEM efforts to increase online visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee event marketing and participation in industry conferences.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing and campaign management strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance using KPIs and analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and digital communications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience preferably in a software industry, SaaS, or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong influencer, sales minded with external relationships with top brands, and understands how to develop ideas to accelerate growth and contribute revenue for HITS Solutions.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, campaign management, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in working cross functionally with both marketing & commercial teams.
  • An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
