General duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach new customers and increase revenue.
  • Managed the entire tender process from start to finish, including developing and submitting technical and financial proposals, responding to clarifications within mentioned deadline.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and position the organization competitively.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional networks and generate new business leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of the organization’s products or services.
  • Customize solutions to address client-specific needs and challenges.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant fields.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Accuracy in figures is a Must.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
