- Develop, optimize, and validate targeted/global proteomics methods for the quantitation of proteins in various biological matrices including biofluids, tissues, and cells.
- Design and execute proteomics experiments from sample preparation, and LC-MS/MS operation to data analysis & interpretation.
- Discover and validate potential biomarkers for drug design purposes.
- Establish, optimize, and maintain the workflow of proteomics studies.
- Dissect complex PPI network changes utilizing multi-omics data (mostly proteomics and transcriptomics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Biotechnology, bioinformatics, or any related discipline.
- 2+ Years of experience.
- Prior experience in Proteomics &/or Drug design is a MUST.
- Master’s degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to changing technology.
