General duties and responsibilities:
  • Develop, integrate & document libraries that allow us to effectively scale development on our applications across multiple projects.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Develop, maintain and optimize scalable APIs.
  • Works within project specifications to meet goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Investigate and research new technologies.
  • Review and refactor code.
  • Developing Integration Programs.
  • Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
  • Analyze code for performance enhancement and present detailed plans to improve them.
  • Developing application interface (ASP.Net, VB.Net, VBA in Excel & InfoPath forms).
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering / computer science / Mechatronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / or any related discipline.
  • 2 - 4 years of Experience.
Technologies:
  • Strong background in object-oriented programming techniques.
  • Strong .NET Knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge of ASP.Net Core.
  • Solid knowledge of MVC and Razor.
  • Good experience in RESTful APIs.
  • Solid Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and modern web scripting and development (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, etc.)
  • Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Good knowledge of Bootstrap and Angular.
  • Good Knowledge of DevOps development.
  • Knowledge of Microservices and Docker is a plus.

General duties and responsibilities:
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
  • Coordinate all the onboarding and offboarding process for the new hires and resigned employees.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System to ensure that all employees information is up to date and effectively managed at all times.
  • Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
  • Coordinate all medical claims, approvals, and refund with the company’s medical provider.
  • Supports staff inquires and requests on all HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...).
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • A diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • 1-3 Years of experience as an HR Generalist mainly handling Talent Acquisition, Personnel, and Employee Relations.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social insurance laws.
  • Excellent English language skills.

General duties and responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for resolution of queries and issues related to the use of HITS System (eg: Payroll, Timesheet and Self-Service, etc.).
  • Provide system training to HR and non-HR users on the features of the company services to minimize technical challenges using simple understandable terms.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of project activities.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
  • Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose software problems.
  • Handling daily customer technical support cases through phone and email submission and provide a step-by-step guideline for the resolution of a technical issue and follow up to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of client database by setting access controls, keeping their information confidential.
  • Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system (CRM) to ensure quick resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with (SLA) Service Level Agreement.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant fields.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Very good command of English language (written & spoken).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
