General duties and responsibilities:
  • Develop, optimize, and validate targeted/global proteomics methods for the quantitation of proteins in various biological matrices including biofluids, tissues, and cells.
  •  Design and execute proteomics experiments from sample preparation, and LC-MS/MS operation to data analysis & interpretation.
  • Discover and validate potential biomarkers for drug design purposes.
  • Establish, optimize, and maintain the workflow of proteomics studies.
  • Dissect complex PPI network changes utilizing multi-omics data (mostly proteomics and transcriptomics).
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science/Biotechnology, bioinformatics, or any related discipline.
  • 2+ Years of experience.
  • Prior experience in Proteomics &/or Drug design is a MUST.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Ability to be flexible & adaptable to changing technology.
  • Documentation skills required.

General duties and responsibilities:
