General duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible to sell the company hardware products ex (Access control, Attendance machines, IP Cameras, RFID Printers, etc.).
  • Source for and developed sales leads.
  • Make presentation material and demos to potential customer on Smart Devices.
  • Gather the customer requirements and propose the suitable solution to the customer.
  • Work with the head of smart devices department to make the sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales target.
  • Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
  • Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily
  • Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
  • Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
  • Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
  • Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
  • Reporting to smart devices leads about sales made.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics  or any relevant fields.
  • 2+ Years of experience in sales or marketing field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and Interpersonal skill.
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset.
  • Exposure to online and social media marketing will be added advantage.
  • Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value.
