Through dedicated phone numbers and support help desk, HITS HRMS is supported by a team of dedicated application and technical consultants. Hence the help desk team comprises experts with both product and IT knowledge. All calls received by HITS help desk are immediately acknowledged, logged upon our CRM database and is assigned a unique case reference number. Our daily target is to resolve more than 80% of the calls received at the same day, yet if we could not resolve the issue at the same day, then the customer will be kept fully informed about its progress. HITS help desk members retain excellent live product knowledge. They are also involved in reviewing new software releases, so that they can be familiar with new and modified features generated as a result of new releases or upgrades. Therefore; HITS help desk provides support upon the system via phone calls, emails, visits and remote access.
